Broker Essentials Revolution is an exclusive membership group, with the purpose of driving performance, sharing best practice and keeping you accountable to your results. Business by design!

I’ve realised that my time is limited, and I can’t provide the level of service I want, to the number of brokers I want, in order to truly lift the tide of broking in this country. So, I’m changing things up in 2021, introducing a new model of delivery and I’d love you to be a part of it.

 So, what is it? I’m glad you asked. ;)

 Since launching Broker Essentials in 2016 and having had the privilege of speaking to 1000’s of brokers over the last few years, what I know is:

- brokers need a tribe

- they need accountability

- they want access to people in the know who really know, not generic coaches, not rah-rah but practical and functional advice and solutions

- they want access to proven strategies that really work

- great brokers are not afraid of hard work, but they need guidance on where to work hard- they know what, but sometimes they don’t know how

- they want to be managed, held accountable, supported, and guided to be better

- the landscape has changed, and the old rules no longer apply

-  they need a living roadmap to the future of broking whilst we adapt our thinking to being agile, not set and forget

- they know the status quo will not see them survive, but they need help to create the changes they know they need to make

- they want to grow but at each level need a new level of support and different strategies 

Over the last 10 years, I've supported 1000’s of brokers and provided them with guidance and advice on how to lift the tide of performance for their business and deliver great client outcomes. This has led to the delivery of more sustainable growth for brokers to be able to design the business of their dreams, but there's only one problem, it’s too slow. 

In 2020 the landscape has changed, as you all know, and the future of our industry will continue to evolve. 2021 is looking to provide more opportunities for the brokers that are willing to back themselves and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Broker Essentials has also had a standout year in 2020 and although we are flat out, the time in isolation in Victoria has given me time to reflect on what the market needs. With that in mind, I wanted you to be one of the first to be invited to the Broker Essentials Revolution Group.

As Broker Essentials has continued to grow, I have limited time to support more brokers.  A membership community combines the best of both worlds, giving you access to my coaching and content insights, as well as accountability to the group and a focus on application. I will continue to do my one on one coaching with a limited group for those that need a bit of extra TLC.
